Mr.  N. S. Venkatesh is a Non-Executive Director of Clearcorp since April 2016. He is also on the Board of Legal Entity Identifier India Limited (LEIL), fellow subsidiary Company. He is former Chief Executive of Association of Mutual Funds in India (AMFI).

He has over three decades of experience in the banking sector including over two decades in managing Treasury and International Banking. He is experienced in Finance, Risk Management, Information Technology, Accounting Standards, Audit & Assurance, Bank Taxation and expert in Bank Strategy, Mergers & Acquisitions and Turnaround of Banks. He was a member of various committees and working group of Reserve Bank of India (RBI). He is former Chairman of Fixed Income, Money Markets & Derivatives Association (FIMMDA) and Committee Member of Foreign Exchange Dealers’ Association of India (FEDAI). Also, he is an invitee - ex-officio of SEBI Mutual Funds Advisory Committee and member of the Corporate Bonds and Securitization Advisory Committee (CoBoSAC) of SEBI. He is former Executive Director of Lakshmi Vilas Bank. He was associated with Industrial Development Bank of India (IDBI) for over 19 years wherein he held several senior positions, including Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and the Executive Director. He is presently serving as Director on Board of various reputed Companies.

Mr. Venkatesh is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a graduate in Science from Kerala University.  He holds Diploma in Management & Financial Services and is also a Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB), Indian Institute of Banking and Finance.
