Mr. Ashutosh Khajuria is an Independent Director of Clearcorp since August 2024.

Mr. Ashutosh Khajuria is a thought leader in Banking, Finance, and Risk with 43 years of experience in various executive roles in the banking sector. He has proven abilities in the areas of Treasury, Trade Finance, Credit underwriting, monitoring and collections, and Risk management. He has been associated with Federal Bank since 2011 under various leadership positions and was also Director on the Board of Fedbank Financial Services Limited, a non-banking financial subsidiary of Federal Bank during April 2020 to April 2024. Prior to joining Federal Bank, he was associated with IDBI Bank as CGM and Head – Treasury, United Phosphorus Limited as Corporate Treasurer and Edelweiss AMC as Head-Fixed Income. He had also worked with State Bank of India from December 1983 till November 2007 covering the entire gamut of banking functions including Treasury, International Banking, Trade Finance, Corporate Banking and Branch Banking. He was on the Board of Ageas Federal Life Insurance Company Limited, Fixed Income Money Market & Derivatives Association (FIMMDA). He is also serving as a Director on the Board of various other Companies.

He holds Bachelor’s degree in Science  and Law and a Master’s degree in Economics. He is also a Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB). He also holds Diploma in Treasury Investment & Risk Management (DTIRM).
