Mr. Narayan Seshadri is an Independent Director of Clearcorp since August 2018. He has been the Independent Director of The Clearing Corporation of India Ltd. (CCIL), the Holding Company during April, 2016 to April, 2022.

He is having 40 years of his presence as a transformative leader, with a wide understanding of emerging technologies and regulations. He is the founder of Halcyon Group and Tranzmute Capital and Management (P) Limited, an Investment and Management Services organization He is presently serving as Director on Board of various reputed Companies. 

He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a graduate in Science from Bengaluru University.
