In order to obtain the NDS-CALL Membership it is necessary to have the CCIL Membership. Please submit the duly filled NDS CALL application to RBI FMRD Department for their approval. Kindly ask HOT to login into ESupport portal by clicking on https://esupport.ccilindia.com/loginpage.aspx  and raise a request as User Creation, add new user details in NDS OM system and then new user/super user shall send an Email for activation at callmoneyhelpdesk@ccilindia.co.in. HOT can suspend/Terminate User by accessing User Management Menu in NDS CALL system and parallelly raise request on Esupport platform by clicking on https://esupport.ccilindia.com/loginpage.aspx or alternatively user can raise Suspend/terminate user request on Esupport platform.
